We accept two forms of payment:

- PERSONAL CHECK - Pay by check, if you prefer.
Payments by check are to be made in U.S. dollars only, with checks
drawn on a U.S. bank.

- Contact Hornplanet to get a
mailing address.
- Go to the Checkout Page and enter your US ZIP code (or
name of other country) to calculate shipping charges.
- Printout your Checkout page (sample at right - click
to enlarge).
- Snail-mail the Shopping Cart page printout and a check to
the address given via email.

Return Policy
All sales are final. If you have questions about any items in
Hornplanet Store, feel free to ask. Our
customer service is friendly and helpful.
Merchandise is returnable only within two weeks, and only if defective. We
will reimburse your return shipping costs on defective merchandise.

Shipping Method
We ship by US Postal Service. Depending on the size and weight
of your order, we will either use Priority Mail, 1st Class Mail, or
Media Mail. We don't ship every day, though most items are shipped
within 48 hours of receiving payment, and arrive in 1-7 days after
shipping. For foreign Orders (outside U.S. and Canada) we ship
by US Postal Service - "Air Service." |
